Setterwalls advises Phone Family and its owners in connection with IPO

Setterwalls are legal advisers to Phone Family and its owners in connection with the listing of Phone Family on NASDAQ OMX First North.

Phone Family sells subscriptions and hardware, such as mobile phones, tablets and computers to consumers through stores that are placed on open space in shopping centres and malls. The company has around 140 employees and had an approx. MSEK 250 turnover in 2013.
