Setterwalls are legal advisers to Recipharm and its founders in connection with the listing of Recipharm on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Recipharm is a leading CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation) in the pharmaceutical industry with more than 1,500 employees. Recipharm offers manufacturing services of pharmaceuticals in various dosage forms, production of clinical trial material and pharmaceutical product development. Recipharm had sales of approximately SEK 2.1 billion in 2013 and operating profit of approximately SEK 188 million. Recipharm operates development and manufacturing facilities in Sweden, France, the UK, Germany and Spain.
