Setterwalls assisted Catena in the acquisition of newly built logistics facilities for SEK 2.4 billion in Landskrona
Catena has signed an agreement with DSV Road Holding A/S for the acquisition of a property in Landskrona through a corporate transaction. Closing takes place simultaneously as signing.
Setterwalls has successfully assisted Catena in the acquisition of two newly built logistics facilities in Landskrona with an underlying property value of SEK 2.4 billion. Through this transaction, which was conducted as a corporate deal, Catena expands its property portfolio with a significant logistics area and strengthens its presence in one of Sweden’s most strategic transport corridors.
The property in question, Örja 1:22, is located directly adjacent to the E6/E20 and includes a plot area of approximately 274,000 square meters with a leasable area of over 180,000 square meters, divided between two state-of-the-art logistics facilities.
The acquisition is carried out as a sale-and-leaseback transaction where DSV, in connection with the transaction, signs an 11-year lease agreement with Catena.
The facilities will be certified according to BREEAM Excellent, and on the roofs, there are large solar panel installations with a total capacity of 14 MWp, installed by the tenant, which contributes to a greener energy supply and supports Catena’s ambitions within renewable energy.
