Charlotte Mooney

I work mainly with construction law and assist Swedish and foreign companies with advice in connection with all types of construction and infrastructure projects.

I have worked with construction law in various forms since 2013, of which 3 years in England. I have experience in providing advice in all stages of construction projects and I am well acquainted with the specific needs of the industry. I work, among other things, with strategic procurement and tender issues, reviewing and drafting building contracts, contract negotiations and with dispute resolution in court and arbitration boards. I have also experience from large contentious, and non-contentious, energy projects with domestic and foreign investors.
