Jesper Olsson

I am a member of Setterwalls’ M&A team, advising on transactions across the energy, infrastructure, and real property sectors.

My primary focus is energy M&A, where I regularly advise investors, developers and corporates on acquisitions, divestments and investments in renewable energy assets including wind, solar and battery storage. I also have significant experience in real property transactions, with a particular focus on logistics properties and data centers. My practice further extends to general corporate and tax law.
