Setterwalls assisted Stadsrum in the acquisition of properties in central Stockholm

Setterwalls has assisted Stadsrum in the acquisition of the properties Grinden 21 and 27 in central Stockholm. The lettable area amounts to approx. 11,000 sq.m. with use for retail, hotel, restaurants and residental purposes. Stadsrum is a joint venture between the Swedish pension fund Alecta, the Finnish state fund Keva and HEA Property Holding.
