Setterwalls assisted the Polygon Group in its strategic acquisition of the Insuretech Company, Hiotlabs AB

Setterwalls has acted as advisors to the Polygon Group in their acquisition of the Insuretech Company, Hiotlabs, focusing on prevention of water leakage.

On 3 August 2020, Setterwalls assisted the Polygon Group in its acquisition of the Insuretech Company, Hiotlabs AB. Hiotlabs AB has developed their own software, which, combined with sensors can detect and act preventive against water leakage.

The Polygon Group regard the acquisition as a strategic acquisition, through which, they, together with Hiotlabs, can offer value to their customers through innovative methods on water leakage prevention.
