Setterwalls assists Catena in connection with the acquisition of a 38,000 sq. m. logistics facility in Borås

The facility includes app. 38,000 sq. m. with an option to extend it with additional 13,000 sq. m. and land of app. 120,000 sq. m. The facility, which is under construction, is located next to the northern entrance in Borås. The transaction is made as a share transfer where the underlying property value amounts to app. MSEK 272. The seller is Logistics Contractor. Completion is estimated to occur on 1 February 2021.
