Setterwalls has assisted Stadsrum Fastigheter in the transaction and financing of a new acquisition in Helsingborg.

The property portfolio consists of 5 separate properties, all of which are located in close proximity to Kullagatan, Helsingborg’s central pedestrian and shopping street. The total rentable area amounts to approximately 7,400 sq.m. and is rented to 50%. Setterwalls has also assisted Stadsrum in negotiations regarding financing of the portfolio acquisition.
