Setterwalls assists when Skandia Fastigheter acquires a property located in the city centre of Malmö
Setterwalls has assisted Skandia Fastigheter in the acquisition of a 7 700 sqm office property located in the city centre of Malmö, between Stortorget and Gustav Adolfs torg.
The property has earlier been the bank Nordea’s premises. The Seller is Home Properties and the completion of the transaction occurred on 1 June 2016.
