Setterwalls har agerat rådgivare till Wästbygg i ett forward funding projekt med Lansa Fastigheter

The transaction includes a housing project in Brunnshög, Lund consisting of 82 apartments and commercial premises on the ground floor. The transaction is structured as a forward funding project and Lansa Fastigheter will become owner of the property owning company in connection with the house start.

Production time is estimated to 18 months and will commence fall 2020. The building is planned to meet the requirements for the Swedish standard Green Building Gold. Wästbygg is a contracting and project development company that develops and builds multi-dwelling houses, commercial properties, community properties and industrial and logistics facilities. Lansa develops, acquires and manages residential properties. Lansa is owned by several county companies within the Länsförsäkringar Alliance.
