Setterwalls has advised Arise AB in connection with issue of green bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Listing of Arise AB’s green unsecured bonds amounting to EUR 50 million within a framework of a total of EUR 100 million.

Setterwalls has advised Arise AB in connection with the company’s issue of senior unsecured green bonds with a total outstanding amount of EUR 100 million. The bond proceeds will be used in accordance with the company’s new Green Financing Framework, including financing of new renewable energy projects. The company has applied for listing of the new bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Sustainable Bond List.

Arise AB is one of Sweden’s leading companies in renewable energy with a project portfolio of approximately 2,600 MW in Sweden, Norway and Scotland. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2010.
