Setterwalls has advised Catena on the acquisition of a terminal in Jönköping
Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Catena in connection with the company’s acquisition of a terminal in Jönköping at an underlying property value of SEK 169 million.
The acquisition comprises the property Äringen 2 located in the Ljungarum industrial area outside Jönköping and constitutes another strategic acquisition as part of Catena’s growth in the Jönköping region. The main tenant in the acquired property is DHL Freight, which has recently signed a new 7-year lease agreement. In connection with the acquisition, Catena has committed to value-enhancing investments of SEK 20 million, resulting in a total investment of SEK 189 million.
