Setterwalls has advised Heimstaden in connection with its two divestments of residential properties in Haninge

Setterwalls has advised Heimstaden in connection with its divestment of five residential rental properties in Handen, Stockholm. The properties were acquired by two separate funds managed by Hines, a leading global manager of real property investments.

The properties contain 568 apartments and a number of commercial premises allocated on an aggregate space of 29,000 square meters. The properties have been constructed and completed since 2015 and 2023-2025 and are and have been fully rented out. It is Hines Core Fund that acquires three residential properties and Hines Core+ Fund that acquires two residential properties.
