Setterwalls has advised K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) in four acquisitions with an underlying property value amounting to MSEK 372. The acquisitions include approximately 200 rental apartments, a preschool building, and two LSS-properties in Gävle, Eslöv, Enköping and Växjö.

K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) is focusing on long-term ownership and management of self-produced rental apartments. K2A is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
