Setterwalls has advised K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter in their cooperation with OBOS regarding development of environmentally friendly properties

Setterwalls has advised K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) in entering into a cooperation with OBOS Sverige AB regarding the development of community and residential properties. The cooperation consists of OBOS developing the properties, after which K2A acquires and manages the properties on a long term basis. The frame and façade of the buildings will be constructed entirely of wood and will receive environmental certification.

K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) is focusing on long-term ownership and management of self-produced rental apartments. K2A is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
