Setterwalls has advised OptiCept Technologies AB in connection with a rights issue of shares.

OptiCept Technologies provides the food and plant industry with technological solutions that contribute to a more sustainable world and enable climate-smart economic growth. OptiCept Technologies has been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market since May 2020 and is headquartered in Lund, Sweden.

Through the rights issue, OptiCept Technologies will receive issue proceeds of approximately SEK 56.4 million before issue costs.
