Setterwalls has advised RWE in its divestment of the wind farm projects Skallberget, Utterberget and Tjärnäs

RWE, one of the world’s leading companies in renewable energies, has entered into an agreement with Eolus Vind AB (publ.) for the sale of the wind farm projects Skallberget and Utterberget, located in Avesta municipality, and Tjärnäs, located in Hedemora municipality. The projects are fully permitted.

The wind farms are located in the electricity price area SE3, and are expected to have a total nominal capacity of 74.4 MW and 24.8 MW respectively.
