Setterwalls has advised Thunderful Group in its acquisition of the German game publisher and developer Headup GmbH.

Setterwalls has advised Thunderful Group AB (”Thunderful”) in its acquisition of the German game publisher and developer Headup GmbH (“Headup”) for an upfront consideration of EUR 5 million plus an earn-out component potentially resulting in a maximal consideration of EUR 6 million. The acquisition is expected to be finalized on or before March 31, 2021. The lawfirm Fieldfischer has advised Thunderful together with Setterwalls.
