Setterwalls has advised Wästbygg in the divestment of real estate in central Kävlinge

Setterwalls has assisted Wästbygg in the divestment of the property Hackmästaren 1 to K-Fastigheter and Selihof. The property is centrally located in Kävlinge and the existing zoning plan allows for the construction of residential buildings. The property will be divided between the two buyers through a cadastral procedure. Construction is planned to commence during 2024.

The agreed-upon property value amounts to SEK 31,800,000.

The transaction has been structured as a sale of the property owning company.
