Setterwalls has assisted Arise AB in the permit process for Kölvallen

Setterwall’s team, consisting of Tove Andersson and Jonathan Andersson, has successfully assisted Arise AB in the permit process for the wind power project Kölvallen in the municipality of Ljusdal.

The Permitting authority at the County Administrative Board of Dalarna County has granted an environmental permit for 45 WTGs with a total height of 220 meters each on 7 May 2020. The permit decision can be appealed to the Land and Environmental Court.
