Setterwalls has assisted Delvator’s owner in connection with the sale to Sørenco

Setterwalls has assisted Christer Arvidson, owner of Swedish Delvator AB, in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Delvator AB by Norwegian Sørenco AS.

Delvator is the general agent for Hitachi in Sweden and one of the country’s leading suppliers of construction machinery and service of Hitachi machinery. Sørenco is part of the Norwegian Nasta group, which in turn is the general agent for Hitachi in Norway. Following the transaction, Delvator becomes an independent sister company to Sørenco under the Norwegian parent company.
