Setterwalls has assisted in connection with an acquisition of a new shopping area in the central part of Lund

Setterwalls has assisted Wästbygg Projektutveckling in connection with its acquisition of shares in CentrumShopping Lund AB from NorCap. CentrumShopping Lund AB owns the block Galten in the central part of Lund.

Setterwalls has also assisted Wästbygg Projektutveckling in the negotiations of an agreement with NorCap regarding the development of Galten. The project includes app. 160 apartments, a garage and a commercial area of app. 7 000 sq. m.
