Setterwalls has assisted Maven Wireless Sweden AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, in connection with a spread of ownership comprising the issuance of new and sale of existing shares.

Maven Wireless offers ground-breaking solutions for indoor wireless coverage and end-to-end digital solutions with outstanding performance. The products ensure wireless coverage for critical services as well as consumer services and are used in tunnels, trains, subways, stadiums, buildings, etc. The company has carried out a public offering through issuance of new and sale of existing shares to the general public in Sweden. The offering comprised a total of approximately SEK 25.3 million divided into 1,674,075 shares. Setterwalls was legal adviser in connection with the transaction and Avanza Bank AB was financial adviser.
