Setterwalls has assisted Nasdaq in negotiations regarding a lease agreement for a new head office in Stockholm city

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Nasdaq Stockholm in the negotiations and execution of a new lease agreement with Vasakronan regarding Nasdaq’s new headquarters of approximately 8,300 square meters at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56 in Stockholm city.

The project has been conducted together with Nasdaq’s team in Stockholm and New York.
