Setterwalls has assisted NLY Scandinavia AB in the sale of the assets of the shopping club Members.com to Compadre Scandinavia AB

Setterwalls has assisted NLY Scandinavia AB, a company included in the Qliro Group AB, in the sale of the assets of the shopping club Members.com to Campadre Scandinavia AB.

Campadre, the first and biggest online shop-ping club in the Nordic region, has acquired the competitor Members.com and at the same time entered into a cooperation agreement with NLY, through which Campadre will become an exclusive channel for NLY’s shopping club sales. In connection with the agreement, Campadre will also become a partner to Qliro Financial Services with regard to payment solutions in the Nordic region.
