Setterwalls has assisted Nordea Liv & Pension in the acquisition of a large building in Stockholm CBD

Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to Nordea Liv & Pension and DEAS in the acquisition of the office building Elefanten 17, located in Stockholm CBD.

The building was erected in 2022 and comprises approximately 4,700 sqm leaseable area, divided between 6 tenants. The Seller is Catella Real Estate AG, acting on behalf of the fund Sarasin Sustainable Properties – European Cities.
