Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) has completed a Written Procedure regarding changes in certain terms and conditions governing the company’s senior secured corporate bonds of MSEK 400.

Setterwalls has assisted Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) with amending the terms and conditions for the company’s secured bonds. The changes enables Nordisk Bergteknik to ensure further expansion of the company’s and the groups’ business. Nordisk Bergteknik is a group with strong growth and business within mining and foundation, where the main areas include drilling, blasting, rock reinforcement, piling, tonguing and Foundation reinforcement. The groups subsidiaries are mainly active within Sweden and Norway.
