Setterwalls has assisted Pamica 2 AB in the acquisition of all of the shares in the Norweigian company Vefi A/S and the Polish company Vefi Europa Sp.Z.o.o.

Pamica 2 AB has through the subsidiary Vefi Holding AB acquired all of the shares in the Norweigian company Vefi A/S and the Polish company Vefi Europa Sp.Z.o.o. from Oboya Horticultures Industries AB.

On 29 December 2020, Vefi Holding AB acceded to all of the shares in both of the VEFI companies. The VEFI companies produces and sells primarily thermoformed pots, packaging products and system solutions for the cultivation industry. In connection to the transaction, Vefi Holding AB completed a issue of new shares to the management of Vefi A/S.
