Setterwalls has assisted Priveq Investment with the acquisition of a majority stake in the speciality pharma company FrostPharma AB

FrostPharma is a speciality pharma company specialised in the commercialization of value-adding medicines and climate impact healthcare consumables. Since the start of the company in 2017, FrostPharma has launched over 50 products and developed its own product portfolio of hazardous waste containers under the brand WoodSafe.
