Rebecka Norell

Rebecka is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ EU and Competition practice group

Rebecka’s practice focuses on public procurement, regulatory advice and administrative litigation. Her experience includes advising clients on their participation in, and challenges of, some of Europe’s largest procurement procedures, in sectors such as public transport, healthcare, and defence and security.

She also regularly advises clients on state aid, public law, and matters concerning public access to official documents and confidentiality. In addition, Rebecka advises on whistleblowing, internal investigations into misconduct, anti-corruption, and the design and review of compliance programmes.
