Setterwalls has assisted Recipharm in acquisition of Corvette Pharmaceutical Services Group

Setterwalls has assisted Recipharm in acquisition of Milan based Corvette Pharmaceutical Services Group from the Italian private equity group, LBO Italia Investmenti Srl. The purchase price estimated to EUR 100 million was paid half in cash and half by convertible bonds.
