Setterwalls has successfully assisted Carnegie Fonder AB in its AIFM authorization application

Carnegie Fonder AB has been granted a license by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) as a Manager of Alternative Investment Funds in accordance with the new AIFM-legislation.

The Licence will have the effect that Carnegie now can continue its managing of Swedish special funds.
