Setterwalls has assisted Serneke with the sale of a residential project in Rosendal, Uppsala. The project comprises of 202 residential units. The transaction is structured as a forward funding project.

Serneke has sold the self-developed residential project Florist in Rosendal, Uppsala to Lansa Fastigheter. Rosendal is a newly developed residential area in close proximity of central Uppsala.

The project comprises of 202 rental apartments, ranging in size from 1-4 rooms with a kitchen.  When completed, the residential units will have Silver level certification in accordance with the Swedish standard Miljöbyggnad, which implies demands on low level energy consumption and a better indoor environment. The rooftops will be equipped with solar panels, powering charging stations for e-bikes on the property.

The transaction is structured as a forward funding project. The value of the property transaction and the constructions works is in total MSEK 462. The construction works will commence immediately, and the project is scheduled for completion at mid-2024.
