Setterwalls has assisted Sivers IMA in connection with directed share issue of approximately SEK 200 million

Setterwalls has assisted Sivers IMA Holding AB in connection with a directed share issue to a number of institutional, and other qualified, investors.

The gross proceeds of the share issue amounts to approximately SEK 200 million. Sivers IMA is a technology company that, through its two business areas Wireless and Photonics, supplies chips and integrated modules. Wireless develops RF chips and antennas for advanced 5G systems for data and telecommunications networks. Photonics develops and manufactures semiconductor-based optical products for optical fiber networks, sensors and optical fiber communications (Li-Fi).
