Setterwalls has assisted the sellers in connection with Procuritas Capital Investors’ acquisition of the shares in Pressdata Stockholm Intressenter AB (the “Pressdata Group”).

The Pressdata Group operates through Pressdata, Urkund and Paperton. Pressdata is a leading provider of media and membership subscription services in Sweden for newspapers and member organizations. Urkund is the Nordic market leader in text equality detection with a global customer base and strong growth path. Paperton enables digitalization of media content that fits all browser platforms. Procuritas Capital Investors acquired all of the shares in the Pressdata Group.
