Jacob Gustafsson

Jacob is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ Dispute Resolution group

Jacob joined Setterwalls in early 2022 and is a part of the Dispute Resolution group, where he represents Swedish and international clients in both court proceedings and arbitration.

His main practice areas are contract law, corporate law and tort law. He advises clients across a wide range of industries and in recent years has acted as counsel in several disputes concerning commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Jacob also has experience in employment law, environmental law, professional liability and insurance law matters.

Jacob mainly acts as counsel for parties in court litigation and arbitration, and also provides ongoing advice in the practice areas listed above.
