I practice commercial dispute resolution and act for Swedish and international parties in both court proceedings and arbitration.

My work covers the entire dispute cycle, from early conflict management and risk assessment to strategy, negotiation and the conduct of legal proceedings. I regularly assist in disputes relating to the sale of goods and services, share and asset transfers, cooperation and supply agreements, agency and distribution relationships, damages and trade secrets. My experience covers multiple industries, including energy, IT and telecom, infrastructure, industrial/automotive, retail and the public sector.

I have experience of complex matters with technical and regulatory elements, for example disputes connected to specific technical specifications, defects and remedies issues in large-scale service engagements, and matters that involve both commercial contract law and public law. I also have experience of employment disputes in court.
