Cornelia Joängen

Cornelia Joängen works with commercial dispute resolution.

Cornelia represents Swedish and international parties in court litigation and arbitration. Her work covers every stage of a dispute, from early conflict management and risk assessment to litigation strategy, negotiation and enforcement. She has experience across a range of sectors, including energy, IT and telecoms, infrastructure, manufacturing and automotive, retail and the public sector.

Cornelia regularly acts in disputes over the sale of goods and services and over share and asset transfers. She also handles disputes arising from collaboration and supply agreements and from agency and distribution relationships.

A significant part of her experience concerns cases with technical and regulatory elements. These include disputes linked to specific technical specifications, issues of defects and remedies in service commitments, and matters where commercial contract law meets public law. Cornelia also has experience of employment disputes before the courts.

I have experience of complex matters with technical and regulatory elements, for example disputes connected to specific technical specifications, defects and remedies issues in large-scale service engagements, and matters that involve both commercial contract law and public law. I also have experience of employment disputes in court.
