I advise tenderers and contracting authorities on public procurement issues.
I have long experience of advising tenderers and contracting authorities on public procurement matters and have worked on several of Europe’s biggest procurements. I advise clients before, during, and after public procurements and have extensive experience of successfully representing clients in judicial review procedures and in claims for damages related to public procurements. I also advise clients on competition law, state aid matters and foreign direct investments (FDI).
I lecture on the advanced courses in public procurement law at Uppsala University and Stockholm University.
