Hedda Runestam

Hedda is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ Dispute Resolution group

She represents Swedish and international companies in both court proceedings and arbitration. Her work focuses mainly on disputes involving contract law, insurance law, tort law and company law.

In insurance law, Hedda has experience representing insurers in both coverage and recourse matters. She has also acted for policyholders, mainly in disputes concerning professional liability, including consultants’ liability, and contractors’ liability. She has a particular focus on negligent tax advice and audit liability.
