Jacob Frank

Jacob is a partner and Head of Setterwalls’ Construction Law Practice Group.

Jacob heads Setterwalls’ Construction Law Practice Group in Stockholm and specialises in complex and high-value disputes relating to construction and infrastructure. He has more than a decade of experience representing clients in high-stakes disputes, both before the courts and in arbitration. His practice also encompasses commercial disputes, including sale of goods disputes, insurance disputes and professional liability matters.

Prior to joining Setterwalls, Jacob worked at a global top-tier law firm and also has experience as an insurance lawyer. This background has given him a strong commercial and strategic perspective on dispute resolution, as well as a keen understanding of both the legal and business aspects of complex disputes.

Jacob is recognized for his deep expertise in construction law and dispute resolution. He regularly lectures on these areas and has published close to 30 articles on, among other things, construction law and civil procedure.
