Profile
Since 2013, I have been working with providing Swedish and foreign companies with labor law advice.
I am responsible for the labor law team in Malmö and I assist employers in the entire field of labor law. My daily work includes e.g. restructuring, redundancies (including questions about protection of the employer’s business, competition clauses and confidentiality), collective bargaining issues, transfer of undertakings, work environment/rehabilitation cases and labor law disputes in court. I regularly work on establishing, reviewing and negotiating various types of labor law agreements such as employment contracts and representing companies in negotiations under the Swedish Co-Determination Act. I also work with compliance issues such as codes of conduct and guidelines for employees.
I work closely with, among others, the transaction team and the tax team and I have a great deal of experience in processes and negotiations regarding M&A and other commercial matters such as partner agreements, where there are also labor law elements. In addition to acting as advisor, I regularly lecture and teach in labor law.
