My field of expertise is primarily restructuring/insolvency and banking/finance.

I am an insolvency practitioner/reorganizer with over 25 years of experience from restructuring/insolvency in various positions. At Setterwalls I am responsible for advice related to cross-border insolvency with an experience from complex insolvency cases. I am also active in banking and finance and litigation in relation to insolvency.
Beside of advice to clients I am a frequent author of legal analysis published in Sweden and author of commentaries to the European Insolvency Regulation and the Swedish Preferential Rights Act.
