I advise public authorities and private companies and individuals, primarily within the areas Public Procurement, Public Contracts and Swedish Foundation Law.

I have considerable experience of providing legal and strategic advice to both private and public actors regarding the different types of questions that arise in public-private relations. I regularly assist clients both in large and complex procurements, such as major infrastructure projects, and in day-to-day type of matters, such as questions regarding the rules on public access to information and secrecy. I regularly represent clients in court, mainly in public procurement review procedures and other types of procedures in the administrative courts (for example regarding permits and appeals of other types of administrative decisions by public entities).

Within the area of Foundation law, I have a broad and in-depth experience of advising clients regarding the establishment and management of foundations, particularly as regards the preparation and amendment of statutes and strategic and legal questions regarding the board of directors’ responsibilities. I regularly represent foundations in contacts with the Swedish authorities. I have particular experience working with international non-profit organizations interested in establishing a local Swedish organization.
