Setterwalls Stockholm hires Jacob Frank as partner in its construction group, strengthening the firm’s construction law expertise.

Jacob Frank joins Setterwalls’ Stockholm office as a partner on 1 October, moving from another law firm, where he headed the construction group. With more than ten years of experience in complex construction and infrastructure disputes, he further strengthens Setterwalls’ offering in the field.

“Jacob is one of the leading construction disputes lawyers of his generation, both as a litigator and as a prominent voice in the legal debate in this area. His experience handling some of the most complex construction and infrastructure disputes makes him well placed to support our clients in their most challenging projects. I am delighted to welcome him to Setterwalls,” says Henrik Kjellander, Executive Partner.

Jacob Frank looks forward to contributing to the continued development of Setterwalls’ construction law practice.

“Setterwalls has a strong market position and a clear ambition to further develop its construction law practice. The firm has both the capacity and the collective expertise needed to handle the most demanding disputes, and I look forward to working with my new colleagues to build on what is already a very strong offering to our clients,” says Jacob Frank.
