Kenneth Nilsson

I work within three different areas: financing, insolvency and issues relating to public administration (national and municipal).

My work includes helping companies with financing agreements and issues regarding customers who are unable to pay, at risk of bankruptcy or starting a reconstruction process. It also involves helping companies that are themselves facing solvency problems or have received a demand from an official receiver. Furthermore, I help companies with issues related to public administration or regulation, ranging from license issues and disputes with supervisory authorities to interpretation and clarification of complicated regulatory requirements.
