The Court of First Instance of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) will have its seat in Paris with sections in London and Munich. The court premises in London and Munich have long been ready and known. Claes Almberg reports that also the Paris venue is ready, reported to the UPC website, and demonstrated to guests by the French Government. This should be perceived as a progressive political signal. Setterwalls are following the developments closely.

Look at the Paris premises here  and here.
