Setterwalls advised Arise in connection with its divestment of the wind farm Brotorp to BlackRock

Setterwalls advised Arise AB (publ) in connection with its divestment of the construction-ready 46.2 MW Brotorp wind farm to a fund managed by BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager.

Arise will manage the construction of the wind farm, and once operational, operate the wind farm on behalf of BlackRock through a construction and asset management agreement. Vestas will deliver another 14 Vestas 3,3 MW wind turbines and a 10 year term agreement regarding sale of electricity and certificates has been entered into with Axpo Nordic. In the project, which entailed both an equity part and a financing part, Setterwalls advised Arise.
