Setterwalls advised Diligentia in the sale of development rights to Hökerum Bygg.

Setterwalls advised Diligentia in the sale of development rights within the district Masthusen in Västra Hamnen in Malmö to Hökerum Bygg.

The development rights will result in approximately 150 new homes just adjacent to the newly constructed Masttorget and is a confirmation of the area’s continued high attractiveness. Masthusen will be Scandinavia’s first BREEAM sustainability rated neighbourhood, and development takes place in close cooperation with the City of Malmö and a number of other actors who bought development rights in the area.
