Setterwalls advised Rosemount Tank Radar Properties at the establishment of a new production facility

Setterwalls advised Rosemount Tank Radar Properties AB at the establishment of a new production facility in the immediate surroundings of Gothenburg.

The new facility is located in Mölnlycke business park and consists of an office building and a production building with the total area of 17 000 square meters, where about 400 people will work. Setterwalls assisted in the acquisition of the properties and in connection with the procurement and the signing of construction contract.
